    AVAILABLE DAYS AND TIMES

     

    Please provide your contact details at check out and I will be in touch within 24 hrs to arrange suitable dates and times for your cooking visit/s. These are generally held Mon-Fri between 8am and 5pm. Each batch of 30 meals requires 1 x 4.5 hr visit. Single meal package requires 1 visit, double meal package requires 2 visits, triple meal package requires 3 visits. All ingredients and cooking equipment provided. Please advise in order notes if you have a gas, electric or induction stovetop.

     

    STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

     

    Meals are packed into snap lock bags in serves of 1 or 2 based on your preference. Store them in your fridge for up to 3 days or the freezer for up to 6 months. I highly recomend investing in a deep freezer for your growing family if you don't already have one.

     

    HEATING INSTRUCTIONS


    It is ideal to defrost your meal before reheating. Defrost then heat your Maple Syrup and Cardamom Muffins in the toaster or oven and add your favorite spread if desired. All other meals should be heated in a saucepan rather than a microwave where possible, this ensures their nutritional properties will be maintained. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed as you reheat to keep them nice and moist, the wetter the better. Add a little extra sugar or maple syrup to your Rice Pudding if desired. You may like to add some sprigs of fresh coriander, a sprinkle of black pepper or a squeeze of lime to your soups after heating. A dollop of yoghurt or an egg are yummy on top of the hearty meals. Enjoy!!
