Fragrant spices aid in fuelling your digestive fire and contain potent healing properties. The foods below, made for you with love, will allow you to relax and boost your oxytocin levels, enabling you to focus on feeding and falling in love with your baby. They support your mind, body and soul to heal.

*A personalized cooking service- meals made for you with love and

  care by Kellie in the comfort of your own home. Ingredients and

  packaging provided unless otherwise requested. Meals can be

  stored in the fridge or freezer.

*Easy to reheat in the saucepan with just one hand once

  defrosted. They can be eaten with a bowl and spoon,

  or from a mug while holding your baby. A keep cup is

  a great way to serve the smooth soups!

 

*All meals are gluten free except for Date and Almond Halva 

  and Vegetables in Almond Sauce with Barley, substitutes available.

  Coeliac can be catered for.

*An ingredients list can be sent to you at time of booking on request.
